Reveal to Heal announces its newest project. A brand new, first-of-its-kind resource for young adults and youth who officially age out of foster care at age 18.
Rise N Hope House will be a safe haven where they can live for free and receive much-needed life skills, employment, financial, and educational consulting as well as mental health services. Our firt gala fundraiser raised funds for the purchase of a home in either Union or Essex County to begin this mission.

AGING OUT WITH HOPE
We provide services to youth aging out of the foster care system with much-needed resources. Our newest initiative is the Rise N Hope House - a safe haven providing them with housing, financial, educational, career consulting, and counseling. Our goal (with your support) is to purchase a home in Essex or Union County to help them integrate into the world with hope and opportunity.
